As new homeowners, that can feel a little stressful but once we reached out, Prab and Taj took care of it right away. They arranged a team to come the very next day, which we truly appreciated.It made us feel supported even after move-in, which isn’t something one always expect. Knowing they stand behind their work and genuinely care about their homeowners confirmed for us that choosing Zenterra was the right decision. I typically don't post reviews, but I feel compelled to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from the team at Zenterra. After purchasing a condominium shortly after the two-year warranty expired, I encountered several issues with the HVAC system I had installed. The Zenterra team was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to resolve these problems. Their expertise and dedication were truly impressive. I am extremely satisfied with my condo and immensely grateful to have had such a skilled team addressing my concerns at Zenterra!

We moved in to our beautiful new condo and from the get go we have been impressed with the build and the follow-up service. We had very few adjustments and what we did have were fixed quickly through Prab and Ali. Jessie and Christina do a great job looking after the building maintenance. It is obvious that from the management down, Zenterra staff take pride in what they do. We look forward to living here for a long time.

They have been very helpful throughout our first year of owning our new townhouse, especially with fixing the deficiencies that pop up as a new home settles. They have gone above and beyond to help repair the various issues and always check to make sure we are satisfied with the result. We love the quality of the finishes/materials used by the builder, and the homeowner maintenance manual they provide is very helpful for the continued care of our home. We are so glad we bought a home from a developer who cares about their client's satisfaction with the home and provides continued support on the little fixes.

My experience has been wonderful. Our purchase with the sales manager Lola was the reason my family and I picked this development. Lola and Alexis go above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and they truly care about your needs. The greatest ASSETS of this development. The craftsmanship of my unit is far better than a lot of other new builds I've seen. The customer care tech Wayne that takes care of all our small issues is the cherry on top. Overall, a great experience. The developer has an online portal for reporting deficiencies. They are hands on and onsite and easily accessible.

We bought at Newbury by Zenterra and couldn’t be happier! We are a regular hardworking family not related to Zenterra in any way, not involved with any of their trades or subtrades and not realtors. This is our honest independent review. From the moment we walked in to the show home Lola greeted us with enthusiasm and was patient answering all of our questions. Alexis was always welcoming and helpful too! Anything we wanted to know if Lola or Alexis didn’t know the answer Lola always got back to us in a timely manner so we felt confident we were getting the correct information. Lola was instrumental in helping us switch to a more favourable unit even though it didn’t benefit herself or Zenterra and only benefited us. After we purchased we were nervous about organizing our possession and move in dates and Lola took note of our preferences and what would work best for our situation and she advocated to the developer to make our possession and move in match our needs exactly. Even when Lola took personal time she was always available to us. I don’t know many people who would remain available when on their vacation.When we did our walk thru we were seriously impressed with the lack of deficiencies and the quality of the finishings. Zenterra’s on line portal is so handy with everything organized for owners right down to the finishings used in each room. Out of all the new builds we have purchased Zenterra has been the best experience hands down. We also love Lola’s post sales follow up and service.
