We are proud to share that Zenterra Developments has been named a finalist in seven categories at the 2026 Georgie Awards®, BC's most prestigious recognition program for the residential construction industry, presented by the Canadian Home Builders' Association of BC.
This year's nominations span three of our communities and recognize excellence across design, marketing, and homebuilding.
Zenterra’s 2026 Georgie Award Nominations:
Best Multi-Family Low-Rise Community — The Commons
Best Advertising Campaign — Atlin at Clayton Crest & Eden
Best Presentation Centre — Atlin at Clayton Crest
Best Website — Atlin at Clayton Crest
Marketing Campaign of the Year — Atlin at Clayton Crest
Grand Georgie: Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year — Zenterra Developments
Being recognized with seven award nominations across sales and marketing, design, and community development in a single year speaks to something we've always believed: that better isn't just about the homes we build. It's about how we design the experience around them, from the first impression to move-in day and beyond.
The Commons, our condo community located in Willoughby, earned a nomination for Best Multi-Family Low-Rise Community. It's a project we're proud of for the way it brings attainable, well-crafted homes to one of Langley's most connected neighbourhoods.
Atlin at Clayton Crest earned four nominations: Best Presentation Centre, Best Website, Best Advertising Campaign, and Marketing Campaign of the Year. Located in West Clayton, three blocks from the future SkyTrain station, Atlin launched with a strong first impression. What makes these nominations especially notable is that Atlin hasn't broken ground yet. Every nomination is for the brand, the campaign, and the experience we built before a single home was completed. We think that says something about what's coming.
Eden's nomination for Best Advertising Campaign grew out of a collaboration with Willoughby-based artist Julie Solvstrom, whose nature-inspired work shaped the brand's visual identity and tone. The campaign wasn't built around features, it was built around a feeling: A space to grow.
The Grand Georgie nomination for Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year is one we don't take lightly. It's a recognition that reaches across every part of the company, the people working in land, design, construction, sales, marketing, and customer care. This marks twelve consecutive years we've been recognized for this award. That kind of consistency isn't an accident.
The 2026 Georgie Awards gala takes place on May 23, 2026, in Vancouver. We're honoured to be among the finalists and look forward to celebrating with the broader BC homebuilding community.
